Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy (Cranial Sacral therapy) works with the healing energy in the body to support healing on a very deep level. Craniosacral therapy works with the rhythms in the body. Some of these rhythms are very familiar, like our heart beat and breath. Some rhythms are subtler, like the flow of cerebral spinal fluid around the brain and nerves, the flow of lymphatic fluid, or the flow of ‘primary respiration’ that directs development of the growing fetus. All of these flows in the body feed and nourish the body in different ways. Craniosacral therapy works with these currents to support the body in healing.
